How Do I decide which is right for me?

Ascend group is a more hands off approach. If you are needing a little guidance and accountability this will be the right choice for you! You will have accountability partners within the Ascend group to help keep you motivated and get ideas for things that may work within your own lifestyle!


Ascend Individual is a more one on one. This is for the person who would like one-on-one time with a coach for a more individualized approach. We will go over weekly planning and break down your routine to figure out how to adapt your nutrition to meet your lifestyle.
